If you check one or both text message consent boxes, we also record your consent, the consent language you agreed to, and the date and time of your submission.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule calls, evaluate whether an offering may be suitable to discuss with you, send you updates you have requested, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Text Messaging (SMS) Program
PF Capital offers two optional text message programs, and you may opt in to either or both on our inquiry form:
Informational messages. If you check the informational consent box, you agree to receive informational text messages from PF Capital about your inquiry and investments, such as scheduling confirmations, follow-ups, and investor account updates, at the phone number you provided.
Marketing messages. If you check the marketing consent box, you agree to receive marketing text messages from PF Capital, such as investment opportunity announcements and event invitations, at the phone number you provided.
For both programs: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at devin@pfpsolutions.us. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of investing with us or of receiving a response from us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Mobile Information Is Never Shared for Marketing
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or obtained by, any third party for marketing purposes.
5. When We Share Information
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and communicate with you (such as our website host, email provider, and text messaging platform), and only so they can perform those services for us.
